Any good camera will work. A telephoto lens would be a good idea. Now all you have to do is keep that gear with you and ready to use on 2 seconds notice, 24/7 for the rest of your life. Because UFOs are REALLY rare. Most people have never ever seen one and people who have seen one hardly ever see two or see the same once more than once. In almost all cases where the UFO is seen by many people and seen more than once and photographed it can me identified as a regular thing, like a star or airplane. Then it isn’t a UFO any more. UFOs are like magic tricks. They are only amazing and mysterious when you don’t know what they are. When the truth comes out, it just seems lame.

I believe that most people would respond with something like how you would need a really good camera with all the bells and whistles, yadda, yadda yadda, etc…
If however you look at all of the ufo’s that have ever been captured on video, they were all taped on really crummy vhs camcorders circa 1990, and still photos are always captured with lots of blur and horrible lighting.
So I say purchase really crummy hardware if you want to have any chance of catching ufo’s in action, because clearly it is impossible to catch high quality images anyway.
(Yes, this was sarcasm…)
